<br />SECTION 5.70. LIQUOR AND ON-SALE WINE <br />RESTRICTIONS, REGULATIONS AND UNLAWFUL ACTS. <br /> <br />LICENSE <br /> <br />Subd. 1. Prior to issuance of any license the applicant shall file with <br />the clerk a bond with a corporate surety, cash, or United States government bonds in the <br />sum of $3,000.00 for an on-sale liquor or wine license. A bond filed under this <br />Subdivision must be conditional on the licensee obeying all laws governing the business <br />and paying all taxes, fees, penalties, and other charges, and must provide that the bond is <br />forfeited to the City issuing the license on a violation of law. <br /> <br />SECTION 5.70. LIQUOR AND ON-SALE WINE LICENSE <br />ESTRICTIONS, REGULATIONS AND UNLAWFUL ACTS. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. Licenses in Connection with Premises of Another. A <br />license may not be issued to a person in connection with the premises of another to whom <br />a license could not be issued under the provisions of this Chapter. The Subdivision does <br />not prevent the granting of a license to a proper lessee because the person has leased the <br />premises of a minor, a non-citizen who is not a resident alien, or a person who has been <br />convicted of a cr'une other than a violation of this Chapter. <br /> <br />Subd. 1. Employment of Minors. No person under twenty-one (21) <br />years of age may be employed in a place where liquor is sold for consumption on the <br />premises, except persons under twenty-one years of age may be employed as musicians or <br />in bussing or washing dishes in a restaurant or hotel that is licensed to sell liquor and may <br />be employed as waiters or waitresses at a restaurant or hotel where only wine is sold, <br />provided that the person under the age of twenty-one may not serve or sell any wine. <br /> <br />Subd. Licenses in Connection Premises of <br />Another. A li ense may not be issued 0 a person in <br />connection with the premises of another to whom a license <br />could not be iss ed under the provisio s of this Chapter. <br />This Subdivision d es not prevent the anting of a license <br />to a proper lessee b cause the person s leased the premises <br />of a minor, a non-ci 'zen who is not resident alien, or a <br />person who has been convicted of crime other than a <br />violation of this Chapt <br /> <br />Subd. 5. Number of Licenses. The Council may issue the number of <br />licenses authorized by statute or restrict such nwnber from time to time as it may, in its <br />discretion, deem proper. <br /> <br />Subd. 3. Emplo ent of Minors. No person under <br />eighteen (18) years of age may e employed in a place where <br />liquor is sold for consu t on on the premises, except <br />persons under eighteen yea of age may be employed as <br />musicians or in bussi~g or ing dishes in a restaurant or <br />hotel that is licensed to iquor and may be employed as <br />waiters or: waitresses at a res aurant or hotel where only <br />wine is sold, provided that the person under the age of <br />eighteen may not serve sell any <br /> <br />Subd. 4. On-sale wine licenses shall be granted only to restaurants as <br />defmed in this Chapter. Provided, however, for purposes of this Section, such restaurant <br />shall have appropriate facilities for seating not less than twenty-five guests at one time. <br /> <br />Subd. 6. <br /> <br />Unlawful Acts. It is unlawful for any: <br /> <br />Subd. 4.
