<br /> <br />1380 .qvfaiil Street ,jj Centervi[[e/ 'J1bV 55038 <br />(651) 429-3232 '" 'Ja;c(651) 429-8629 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02 - 005 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS FOR THE <br />EXTENSION OF MUNICIPAL WATER SERVICES FROM AN EXISTING WATER <br />V ALVE/HYDRANT/MAIN LOCATED AT 1694 LAKELAND CIRCLE, NORTHWESTERLY <br />ALONG COUNTY ROAD 14 (MAIN STREET) TO THE SOUTHEASTERN CORNER OF 1475 <br />MOUND TRAIL TO SERVICE RESIDENTS ALONG SAME AND THE SUBDIVISION <br />KNOWN AS "THE SHORES" <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City ofCenterville ("City") initiated said improvements and ordered a feasibility study <br />on October 24, 2001; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the council adoptcd the 27th day of February, 2002 a report has <br />been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates with reference to the improvement, and <br />this report was received by the Council on the 14th day of November, 200l; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The Council initiates said improvements. <br />2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution <br />adopted February 27, 2002. <br />3. Glenn Rebein Companies, Inc. and Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates are <br />hereby designated as engineers for this improvement and will work in <br />conjunction. Both firms will prepare plans and specifications for making of such <br />improvement. <br />4.
