Examples of such structures and facilities include boathouses, gazebos, screen houses, fish <br />houses, pump houses, and detached decks. <br /> <br />Wetland - Lands transitional between terrestrial and aquatic systems where the water table is usually at <br />or near the surface or the land or is covered by shallow water. For purposes of this definition, wetlands <br />must have the following three characteristics: <br /> <br />A. Predominance of hydric soils; and <br /> <br />B. Are inundated or saturated by surface or groundwater at a frequency and duration <br />sufficient to support a prevalence of hydrophytic vegetation typically adapted for life <br />in saturated soil conditions; and <br /> <br />C. Under normal circumstances support a prevalence of such vegetation. <br /> <br />Yard - A required open space on a lot which is unoccupied and unobstructed from the ground upward, <br />except as otherwise provided for herein.
