Single-Family, detached dwellings. <br /> <br />B. Single-Family, attached dwellings with four (4) units or less. <br /> <br />C. Accessory uses. <br /> <br />D. Public parks and recreation facilities. <br /> <br />E. Day care facility. <br /> <br />F. Residential facility. <br /> <br />G. Home occupations. <br /> <br />Special Requirements <br />lanufactured homes are permitted in all residential districts if they meet the design criteria for such <br />-1stricts. All other manufactured homes shall be located only in designated manufactured home districts, <br />which meet the requirements of this Ordinance. The general intent of this district is to provide for <br />manufactured housing in subdivided developments, in safe, attractive residential neighborhoods with all <br />urban services and desired amenities as other residential areas. No person shall erect, establish, extend <br />or enlarge a manufactured housing development within the limits of the City of Centerville without first <br />obtaining Site Plan approval from the City Council upon receipt of the recommendation of the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission. Approval shall be granted only upon compliance with all the following: 1.) <br />Compliance with all other terms of this Ordinance #4, Centerville Zoning Ordinance; 2.) Compliance with <br />all the terms of Ordinance #8, Centerville Subdivision Ordinance; 3.) The proposed development must be <br />located in the City's urban service area as shown in the Comprehensive Development Plan, and must be <br />served by public utilities as approved by the City of Centerville. <br /> <br />Section 080-080: Single-Family, Residential - Estate (R-5). <br /> <br />Purpose <br />It is intended that the R-5 District provide for low-density traditional single family residential where public <br />utilities are available and required for service. The design and circulation of new residential areas are <br />also intended to be complimentary with and enhance the community's small town atmosphere. <br /> <br />Permitted Uses <br /> <br />A.
