Said distances shall be measured a/ono the property <br />line from the corner rioht-of-way and County line. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Access drive onto county roads shall reauire a review by the City Enaineer. <br />This review shall be measured alono the property line from the corner rioht-of- <br />way and County line. <br /> <br />Special Use Permits <br />As provided in Division 200 of this ordinance. <br /> <br />Criteria for issuance of Special Use Permit. When reviewinq an application for a special use permit the <br />Plannina and Zonino Commission and City Council shall considered the followina criteria: <br />A. Impact on traffic. <br /> <br />B. Impact on parks. streets. and other public facilities. <br /> <br />C. Compatibility of the site plan. internal traffic circulation. landscapina and structures <br />with contiauous properties. <br /> <br />D.
