No dwelling or other building may be erected to a height exceeding thirty- <br />five (35) feet without the issuance of a Special Use Permit. <br /> <br />Section 115-020: Excess Height on a Permit. Upon the securing of a Special Use Permit any building <br />may be erected to a height exceeding that specified for the respective district providing: <br /> <br />A.
