Unit exposures with street frontage shall be <br />planted at the boulevard. <br />3 Tree spacing must include trees at the boulevard at minimum fifty (50) <br />foot intervals. <br />4 The calculation for the number of foundation plantings is based upon one <br />(1) planting for each lineal foot of building perimeter and parking lot <br />perimeter. Plantings may be grouped rather than dispersed atten (10) <br />l foot intervals. <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />The required number of trees is based upon a minimum of eight (8) trees <br />or one (1) tree per three thousand (3000) square feet of site area, <br />whichever is greater. Tree spacing must include trees at the boulevard at <br />minimum fifty (50) foot intervals. <br /> <br />Section 160-020: Minimum Standards. <br /> <br />A. Overstory Trees: <br /> <br />1. Deciduous Trees: Two and one half (21/2) inc~ <br />planting size, balled and burlapped. V <br /> <br />2. Coniferous Trees: Six (6) feet in height planting size, balled <br />and burlapped. <br /> <br />B. Foundation Plantinos: Coniferous and deciduous shrubs shall be planted at a <br />minimum of one-third the mature spread and height of typical growth habits. <br /> <br />C. Boulevard Trees: All boulevard trees shall be hardwood shade trees or flowering <br />trees. <br /> <br />D. Oyerstory Mix: When multiple quantities of overstory trees are required, at least <br />seventy-five percent (75%) of the trees required shall be deciduous trees. <br /> <br />E.
