CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Swedberg called the January 23, 2002, City Council meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />II. SET AGENDA <br /> <br />Council Member Capra requested that an update on National Volunteer Recognition <br />Week be added under Old Business. <br /> <br />Council Member Nelson noted she had asked at the last meeting to have an update on the <br />Sheehy property. She then requested that the Sheehy property be added under Old <br />Business. <br /> <br />Council Member Nelson asked for a staffing update during Ms. Moore-Sykes' report. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers. seconded by Council Member <br />Capra to approve the al!enda as amended.
