<br />t <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Accessory Structures <br />Garages, accessory structures, screen waIls, buildings, and exposed areas of retaining <br />waIls shall be of similar type, quality, and appearance as the principal structure. <br /> <br />Exterior of Building <br />All buildings shall be finished on all sides with permanent finished materials of <br />consistent quality, per Division 95, and Ordinance #44-A. <br /> <br />Permitted Encroachments <br />The following shall not be considered as encroachments on setbacks subject to other <br />conditions within this ordinance: <br /> <br />---Offstreet parking spaces, flues, belt course, leaders, sills, pilaster, lintels, cornices, eaves, <br />gutters, awnings, open terraces, service station pump islands, open canopies, steps, <br />chimneys, flag poles, ornamental features, open fire escapes, sidewalks, and fences, <br />except as hereinafter amended. <br /> <br />Exterior Merchandise <br />See Section 135-140. <br /> <br />Lighting <br />See Section 135-040. <br /> <br />Driveways <br />A. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />No driveway shall be located within one hundred (100) feet of any right- <br />of-way line of a street intersection. Said distances shall be measured <br />along the property line from the comer right-of-way line. <br />Access drive onto county roads shall require a review by the City <br />Engineer. This review shall be measured along the property line from the <br />comer right-of-way line. <br /> <br />Special Use Permits <br />As provided in Division 200 of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />Criteria for Issuance of Special Use Permit. When reviewing an application for a special <br />use permit the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council shall considered the <br />following criteria: <br />A. Impact on traffic. <br />B. Impact on parks, streets, and other public facilities. <br />C. Compatibility of the site plan, internal traffic circulation, landscaping and <br />structures with contiguous properties. <br />D. Impact of the use on the market value of contiguous properties. <br />E. Impact on general public health, safety, and welfare. <br />F.
