Said distances shall be measured alono the property <br />line from the corner rioht-of-wav and County line. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Access drive onto county roads shall require a review bv the City Enoineer. <br />This review shall be measured alono the property line from the corner riQht-of- <br />way and County line. <br /> <br />Special Use Permits <br />As provided in Division #200 of this ordinance. <br /> <br />Criteria for issuance of Special Use Permit. When reviewino an application for a Speciai Use Permit the <br />Plannino and Zonino Commission and City Council shall considered the followino criteria: <br /> <br />A. Impact on traffic. <br /> <br />B. Impact on parks, streets, and other public facilities. <br /> <br />C. Compatibilitv of the site plan, internal traffic circulation, landscapinq and structures <br />with contiouous properties. <br /> <br />D. Impact of the use on the market value of contiguous properties. <br /> <br />E. Impact on general public health, safety, and welfare. <br /> <br />F.
