All qarbaqe containers shall be screened with a suitable enclosure. <br /> <br />D. Every qarbaqe or rubbish container shall be maintained in as sanitary condition as is <br />possible and shall be thorauqhly cleansed as needed. If, upon inspection by the <br />Administratiye Authority a container is found to be in poor repair, corroded or <br />otherwise defectiye the Administrative Authority shall notify, in writinq, the provider <br />or user of the container of the deficiency and shall require the repair or replacement <br />of the container within fifteen (15) days. All container enclosures shall also be kept <br />in qood repair. <br /> <br />Loadina Facilities <br />Loadinq facilities shall be on the side of rear yards. When adiacent to and/or visible from any public <br />street. such facilities must be adequately screened. <br /> <br />Storaae <br />For the purpose of this zoninq district, car. vans and pick-uP trucks parked outside and used by <br />employees and/or visitors in the normal course of the business operation will not be construed to be <br />outdoor storaqe. Further, outside parked trucks and semi-trailers used in the normal business commerce <br />will not be constructed to be outdoor storaqe: <br />A. Provided that the total number of trucks and semi-trailers does not exceed the <br />number of docks and/or bay doors, and <br /> <br />B. Such use is not constructed as an operation listed as a conditional use in any <br />industrial zone.5 <br /> <br />Permitted Uses/Uses Permitted on Special Use Permit5 <br /> <br />A.
