Based on the sales activity Ground Development has received on <br />the 1 sl. phase, we would like to develop phase two as soon as possible. In review of the <br />Comprehensive plan amendment prepared by Resource Strategies Corporation the plan <br />amendment would allow 50 housing unit to be constructed between 2002 and 2005.
