'}'a,t (651) 429.8629 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 00-05 <br />SPRING LAKE PARK LIONS CHARITABLE GAMBLING <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of CentervilJe met at its regularly scheduled meeting date of March 29, <br />2000; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Centerville City Council disc'ussed the application from the Spring Lake Lions <br />to conduct charitable gambling at Kelly's Korner, 7098 Centerville Road; ,md <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of CentervilJe HAS conducted an investigation of the Spring Lake Lions <br />Organization; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Spring Lake Lions would be in compliance with City Ordinance #5 [; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Spring Lake Lions appear to take into consideration the best interests of the <br />City ofCenterville; <br /> <br />NOW, THERKFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City ofCentcrville hereby approves <br />charitable gambling by the Spring Lake Park Lions at Kelly's Korner; <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />~--....,. <br />/' <br /> <br />JimMarc <br />'\..._.._--/ <br />
