Enclosed, for <br />your convenience is a copy of Ordinance #50, Requiring Property Owners to Provide for <br />Removal of Snow, Ice, Dirt and Rubbish from Sidewalks Atijacent to their Property. <br />Please note Section I. Cleaning of Sidewalks - addresses the timeliness of removal, <br />Section 2. Removal by City - Assessment of Costs and Section 4.
