ADOPTION OF STATE LAW BY REFERENCE <br /> <br />The provisions of M. S. Chapter 340A, as they may be amended from time to <br />time, with ref.erence to the definition ot' terms, conditions of operation, restrictions <br />.' on consul11ption, provisions relating to sales, hours ot sale, and all other matters . <br />pertlining to the retail sale, dlstl"ib~tlon,. sali cOl1$Unwtioll of j!lto~cating liquor :. <br />and 3.2 percent malt llquor are hereby adopted by reference and Ille made II pllrt,of <br />this ordinance as if set out In fuU. It is the intention at the City COl1llcil that all <br />. future amendments to M. S.
