The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with Penn Contracting in the name of the City of Centerville for the <br />renovation of Lift Station #1 according to the plans and specifications <br />therefore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this 24th day of April, 2002. <br /> <br />Approved by the Centerville City Council on April 24, 2002. <br /> <br />Attest <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Clerk/Treasurer <br />
