<br />It is necessary this year to seal coat several miles of streets in the City. This leller gives a brief
<br />description of the streets and eslimated costs.
<br />
<br />The proposed streets arc:
<br />a. Meadow Lane, Meadow Circle, Mcadow Court (Parkview Addition)
<br />b. Dupre Road, Eagle Trail, Pioneer Lane (Eagle Pass)
<br />c. Brian Drive, Eagle Trail (Center Villa)
<br />d. Chauncey BareU dri veway
<br />e. Lakeland Circle. Centerville Road (Lakeland Hills)
<br />f. Brian Ori ve (Woods of Clearw ater Creek)
<br />g. Deer Pass Drive (Deer Pass)
<br />
<br />The lOlal length of the streets is 3.15 miles, The estimated cost for seal cOllting is $42,000.
<br />
<br />We recommend the City Council authorize preparation of plans lInd specifications for this work,
<br />The final docurnent~ can be approved May 22, bidding in cady June, llnd seal-coating ellrl)' July
<br />2002.
