<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #09-0_ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECT 2009.02 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement of the 2009 <br />Street & Utility Improvement Project (Project # 2009.02), and bids were received, <br />opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were received complying <br />with the advertisement: <br /> <br />NAME OF BIDDER <br />Rum River Contracting <br />Forest Lake Contracting <br />Knife River Corporation <br />Dresel Contracting, Inc. <br />Tower AsphaIt, Inc. <br />T.A. Schifsky & Sons, Inc. <br /> <br />AMOUNT OF BID <br />$1,266,018.09 <br />$1,337,737.25 w/alt. fund. $14,000 <br />$1,358,740.30 w/aIt. fund. $ 5,000 <br />$1,368,097.75 w/aIt. fund. $25,000 <br />$1,404,004.00 w/aIt. fund. $ 5,200 <br />$1,579,013.99 <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, it appears that <br />responsible bidder. <br /> <br />, Minnesota, is the lowest <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with in the name of the City of <br />Centerville for the aforementioned improvement according to the plans and <br />specifications therefore approved by the Council and on file with the City Clerk. <br /> <br />2.
