All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />V. AWARDS/PRESENTATIONS/APPEARANCES <br /> <br />1. Mr. Tom Fox and Mr. Jeff Helpern (Racino Group) <br /> <br />This item was removed from the agenda. <br /> <br />2. Mr. Bill Bisek, Mr. Paul Burke and Mr. Paul Steffel – M1 TIF District <br /> <br />Mr. Bill Bisek of 7098 Centerville Road addressed Council and asked the City to <br />consider a TIF district for the downtown area to allow for redevelopment at the same <br />time as the County Road 14 road construction. <br /> <br />Council discussed the matter and asked Staff to work with Mr. Bisek and the Downtown <br />District Association to determine the steps necessary to establish a TIF district. Council <br />also indicated that the Downtown District Association would be asked to contribute to the <br />costs associated with establishing the district. <br /> <br />Page 2 of 9 <br /> <br />
