Mr. St. Sauver indicated that beer would be available outside but liquor would need to be <br />purchased inside the bar. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Paar to reconsider. <br />Ayes – 3, Nays – 1(Capra). Motion carried. <br /> <br />Council Member Capra indicated that she felt that the City does not usually issue permits <br />for hard liquor and, it was her thought, that people would go into the bar to have a drink <br />and could then go out and watch the band. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Mayor Sweeney to approve an <br />August 28, 2004 temporary liquor license which covers the parking lot of the Trio <br />Inn for a wedding reception with a fenced in area. Ayes – 3, Nays – 1(Capra). <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Ms. Montain and Mr. St. Sauver thanked Council for its consideration. <br /> <br />VI. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />VII. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Mr. Emert, of Healthy Home Builders Overweight Permit <br /> <br />Mr. Emert addressed Council and asked for consideration of an overweight permit for <br />two loads of concrete at 9 tons as he has homes under construction on Peltier Circle. <br /> <br />Mr. Peterson indicated that he did not have an issue with allowing two trips. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Capra, seconded by Council Member Lee to approve <br />the requested overweight permit for two 9-ton loads within the next 30 days per the <br />recommendation of the City Engineer. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />2. Qwest Lease/Agreement (1875 Fox Run) <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Capra, seconded by Council Member Paar to approve <br />the Consent to Assignment of Agreement of Qwest forwarding antenna <br />responsibility to Verizon Wireless. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />3. Resolution #04-041 – ICMA (Legislative Body – 457 Deferred Comp. Plan) <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney indicated the City went to great lengths to pare down the number of <br />plans available and he is not interested in making a change at this time. <br /> <br />Page 3 of 6 <br /> <br />
