CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney opened the October 25, 2004 City Council Work Session at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />II. PRESENTATION: <br /> <br />Mr. James Lynn of James Lynn and Associates presented to the council his findings and <br />recommendations following his interviewing of staff and council. <br /> <br />The council will reviewed his recommendations and will add this item to their regular <br />council meeting. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
