CALL TO ORDER

Mayor Sweeney opened the December 20, 2004, City Council work session meeting at
5:47 p.m.

II. PERSONNEL POLICY

Consensus was that language regarding compensatory time for non-union employees be
removed from the policy. It was further discussed that Council would prefer that Mr.
Scott Lepak, (Barna, Guzy & Stephen) be present at the next work session where the
Personnel Policy would be discussed. It was also determined that the presented policy
was not the most current and did not include all revisions discussed previously.

Subsequent to the meeting, two (2) council members approached the City Clerk stating
that they would provide their most current versions of the personnel policies.

Mayor Sweeney closed the work session.

Transcribed by:
Teresa Bender, City Clerk
