<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />CANVASSING BOARD MEETING <br />November 3, 2004 <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> Approved <br /> <br />I.CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney called the Canvassing Board meeting to order at 6:35 p.m. <br />Also present at the meeting were Councilmembers Broussard Vickers, Capra, <br />Lee and Paar; City Administrator Kim Moore-Sykes, City Clerk Teresa <br />Bender <br /> <br />II.DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> <br />City of Centerville Elections Results. The City Clerk presented the election <br />results for the City of Centerville. The Canvassing Board accepted the memo <br />as presented by the City Clerk with the summary sheet of the election results. <br /> <br />Moved by Councilmember Jeff Paar, seconded by Councilmember Tom <br />Lee to certify the elections results. All in favor. Motion passed <br />unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />III. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Moved by Councilmember Mary Capra, seconded by Councilmember <br />Jeff Paar to adjourn the Canvassing Board meeting.
