<br />Motion by Council Member Capra. seconded by Council Member Paar to <br />approyine Resolution #04-043 A Resolution approvine the proposed 2005 <br />budeet and tax levy establishine the date and time for the Truth-In-Taxation <br />hearine to consider the same. The Truth-In- Taxationhearines are <br />scheduled for December 8th and continuation date of December 22nd if <br />required. The 2005 levy will be set at $1.700.000 with the expenditures of <br />$2.108.000 and revenues of $408.000. This is a $300.000 decrease to what was <br />previously approved. Vote: Ayes - 3. Nays - 1 (Mayor Sweeney). Motion <br />carried 3-1 <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney stated again for the record his disagreement with this decision. <br /> <br />XII. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lee. seconded by Council Member Paar to <br />adiourn the September 14. 2004 City Council Special Meetine at 8:40 p.m. <br />All in favor.
