<br />City of Centerville <br />City Council Meeting Minutes <br />April 24, 2002 <br /> <br />Council Member Capra indicated she would like to set a time limit on the concession <br />approval. <br /> <br />Ms. Peil indicated concessions would only be done during the Little League season. <br /> <br />Vote: All in favor. Motion carried unanimouslv. <br /> <br />Ms. Peil indicated the Spring Lake Park Lions mistakenly sent the City $1,913.00 that <br />was proceeds from the Fete des Lacs raffle. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Capra. seconded bv Council Member Broussard <br />Vickers to return the $1.913 to the Sprinl! Lake Park Lions. All in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimouslv. <br /> <br />Mayor Swedberg introduced Ms. Ellen Paulseth, the City's new Finance Director, and <br />welcomed her to the City. <br /> <br />V. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> <br />1. AnrillO, 2002, Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Council Member Capra requested the following change: On Page 10 of 16, second <br />paragraph change EDC to "she". <br /> <br />Council Member Broussard Vickers requested the following change: On Page 14 of 16, <br />third to last paragraph clarify her comment to be: If the police report serious problems at <br />the skate park Council may shut down the park without approval of the Park and <br />Recreation Committee. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Nelson. seconded bv Council Member Capra to <br />approve the April 10. 2002 Council Minntes as amended. All in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimouslv. <br /> <br />Council recessed at 7:48 p.m. <br />Council reconvened at 7:55 p.m. <br /> <br />VI.
