<br />It is necessary this year to seal coat several miles of streets in the City. This letter gives a brief
<br />description of the streets and estimated costs.
<br />
<br />The proposed streets are:
<br />a. Meadow Lane, Meadow Circle, Meadow Court (Parkview Addition)
<br />b. Dupre Road, Eagle Trail, Pioneer Lane (Eagle Pass)
<br />c. Brian Drive, Eagle Trail (Center VlIIa)
<br />d. Chauncey Baret! driveway
<br />e. Lakeland Circle. Centervllle Rood (Lakeland Hills)
<br />f. Brian Drive (Woods of Clearwater Creek)
<br />g. Deer PlISS Drive (Deer Pass)
<br />
<br />The total length of the streets is 3.15 miles, The estilDllted cost for scal coating is $42,000.
<br />
<br />We recommend the City Council authorize preparation of plans and specifications for thj~ work,
<br />The final docurnent~ can be approved May 22. bidding ill early June, and seal-coating early July
<br />2002.
