<br />~- <br /> <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and Council Members <br /> <br />FROM: Staff <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Overweight Permit Request <br /> <br />DATE: May 8, 2002 <br /> <br />We received a request for an overweight pennit for the City's Landscaping Service <br />(Valley Creek Lawn & Landscape, Inc.) The vehicle that is used to transport the <br />equipment needed to provide these services not only for City Hall but all parks weighs <br />approximately 7 tons. As you maybe aware, the Spring weight restrictions have been <br />lifted; however, such streets as Heritage, LaMotte Drive, Brian Drive, Sorel Street and <br />Mill Road are designated as 5 ton limits. Several parks are located on these roads or <br />access needs to be obtained by these roads. <br /> <br />Please consider this request and thank you for your consideration. <br />
