<br />.~ <br />. <br /> <br />City of Cenlerville <br />Council Meetings <br />March 27, 2002 <br /> <br />City Attorney Hoeft indicated he had provided Mr. Rehbein's attorney with a template of <br />the developer's agreement and understood that he would be drafting the document. <br /> <br />Council Member Broussard Vickers indicated that the Park and Recreation Commission <br />had heard that the County had obtained the funding necessary to widen County Road 14 <br />and is suggesting that, in lieu of installing the trail, Mr. Rehbein provide a monetary <br />equivalent to the City for use on a trail way in another location. <br /> <br />Mr. Rehbein asked if there is a standard per foot cost for the trail way . <br /> <br />Mr. Rehbein indicated he would like to come in for his grading permit before recording <br />the final plat because by the end of May he will have paid off the contract for deed and <br />there will not be a need to mail documents across the country for signatures. <br /> <br />City Attorney Hoeft indicated he had discussed the matter with Mr. Rehbein's attorney <br />and hilS no issue with it. He then commented that the owners of the property incur some <br />liability in that dirt is being moved and costs incurred before the property has completely <br />changed hands. <br /> <br />Council Member Capra asked whether Mound Court is the size of a City street. Mr. <br />Peterson indicated that it met city street requirements. <br /> <br />Council Member Nelson asked if Mr. Rehbein was going to want an overweight permit. <br />Mr. Rehbein indicated he would be attempting to obtain an access permit from Anoka <br />County. <br /> <br />Mayor Swedberg asked Mr. Rehbein to ensure that none of the houses would be closer to <br />the lake than 75 feet. <br /> <br />Ms. Moore-Sykes indicated she had received an e-mail from the Fire Chief concerning <br />the location of the hydrants and noted she would pass the information along to the <br />engineer and the developer. r).R+L' <br /> <br />Mr. Rehbein asked ifit would be possible to receive a vote on the final plat. <br /> <br />City Attorney Hoeft indicated Council could do so conditioned on approval of the <br />developer's agreement. He then asked if the City Engineer had reviewed the final plat. <br />Mr. Peterson indicated he did not have any issues with the plat. ' <br /> <br />Motion bv Conncil Member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council Member <br />Nelson to approve the final plat for The Shores subiect to final ene:ineerine: approval <br />and approval of the developer's ae:reement.
