Int is the desire of Council to impose a release fee discussed in Ordinance #24, <br />language should be contained in the contract. Additional modifications would also need <br />to be made to the following documents: <br /> <br />An amendment to Ordinance #24, Section 24.06, Subdivision 2 Reclaiming (1) to <br />include language that the City may designate itself or Otter Lake as an entity to accept <br />payment of a release fee and provide a release permit rather than the Police Department. <br />(4) should be modified to stated "Said fees" rather than "Said fee". <br /> <br />Resolution #02-006 (Fee Schedule for 2002) should be replaced with a new <br />Resolution addressing 1 st violation ($25), 2nd violation ($50) and 3rd violation ($75) <br />penalty amounts for lInitnlll~ running at large that have been impounded. <br />
