EARLY TERMINATION <br /> <br />This Contract may be terminated by either party, with or without cause, upon thirty (30) days <br />written notice, delivered by certified mail or in person, to the other party. <br /> <br />VIll. MODIFICATIONS <br /> <br />Any material alteration, modifications or variations of any terms of the Contract shall be valid <br />and enforceable only when they have been reduced to writing as an am@ndments and signed <br />by the parties. <br /> <br />IX. ENTIRE AGREEMENT <br /> <br />It is understood and agreed by the partied that the entire agreeement of the parties is <br />contained herein and that the Contract superseded all oral agreements and negotiations <br />betWeen tqe parties relating to the subject matter hereof as well as any previous lIgreements <br />presently- ift elfe~t between Ott~r Lake and Municipality.
