The Brimeyer Group is <br />one of a handful of executive search firms that specializes in the recruitment of public <br />sector managers and administrators. The attached evaluation format was found here in <br />the file and I include it as an option in addition to what is used with Staff. <br /> <br />Three rating symbols are used to make the assessment and record the performance. They <br />are: <br />E = Exceeds Expectations (performance has been above reasonable <br />expectations) <br /> <br />M = Meets Expectations (performance has attained a level of reasonable <br />expectations) <br /> <br />B = Below Expectations (performance has been below reasonable expectations) <br /> <br />The other evaluation form is attached as well. <br />
