This issue arises <br />each Yl:llr we plan the business dinner, elections, and committee meetings. We are usually looking <br />as to where we will borrow tables from fur this event. <br /> <br /> <br />I have taken the liberty of pricing the 30" by 96" ($70.00 per table) and "30 by 48" ($50.00 per <br />table) folding tables from Sam's Club. I would like the council to consider purchasing four 30" by <br />"tab s and four "30 by 48" table. Total amount for eight tables would be approximately <br />$480.00. <br /> <br />These tables have plastic tops and side so they can withstand being placed in the pump room without <br />fear of being ruined. <br /> <br />I believe we could use moneys from the ~ffice supplies fimdPr using a portion of the <br />communications budget line item. <br />
