Any change in the supporting members of a building or structure, such as <br />bearing walls, columns, beams, or girders; provided, however, the application of any exterior siding to an <br />existing building for the purpose of beautifying and modernizing shall not be considered a structural <br />alteration. <br /> <br />Antenna - Any system of wires, poles, rods, reflecting discs, satellite dishes or similar devices used for <br />the transmission or reception of electromagnetic waves external to or attached to the exterior of any <br />building. <br /> <br />Apartment - A room or suite of rooms, including bath and kitchen facilities, in a multiple-family building <br />designed for occupancy by a single family. <br /> <br />Apartment, Accessory.
