Said distances shall be measured alona the property line <br />from the corner riaht-of-way line. <br /> <br />Access drive onto county roads shall reauire a review bv the City Enaineer. <br /> <br />Special Use Pennits <br />As provided in Division #200 of this ordinance. <br /> <br />Criteria for issuance of Special Use Permit. When reviewin!:! an application for a Special Use Permit the <br />Plannin!:! and Zonina Commission and City Council shall considered the followina criteria: <br /> <br />Impact on traffic. <br /> <br />Impact on parks. streets. and other public facilities. <br /> <br />C. Compatibility of the site plan. internal traffic circulation. landscapina and structures <br />with conti!:!uous properties. <br /> <br />D. Impact of the use on the market value of contiauous properties. <br /> <br />E. Impact on aeneral public health. safety, and welfare. <br /> <br />F. Compatibility with the City's Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Sians <br />As provided in Ordinance #39. <br /> <br />Refuse <br />A. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />All premises shall be provided with. at owners expense, an adeauate number of <br />approved containers to hold the aarba!:!e accumulated bv such premises. Such <br />containers shall be made of metal or other suitable material. shall be water tiaht. <br />insect and rodent proof. and shall be of a material not easilv corrodible and <br />eauipped with suitable handles and tiaht fittina covers and shall be kept covered <br />when there is aarbaae stored therein. <br /> <br />Garbaae and rubbish containers shall be placed at the rear of the premises or in <br />such a manner as to be out of view from the street.
