<br />5 Amended: <br />4 Amended: 2/19/02 <br />3 Amended: 91410 I <br />2 Amended: SnlOl <br />I Amended: 1130/01 <br />E_e 9/5/00 <br />City nf Centerville Oni #4 <br />Vehicle Abandoned - Any vehicle as defined in this section, which does not have lawfully affixed or <br />attached thereto an un-expired state registration or license plate or plates, or the condition of which is <br />wrecked, dismantled, partially dismantled, inoperative, abandoned or discarded. <br /> <br />Water-Oriented Accessory Structure or Facility - A small above ground building or other improvement <br />except stairways, fences, docks, and retaining walls, which, because of the relationship of its use to a <br />surface water feature, reasonably needs to be located closer to public waters than the normal structure <br />setback. Examples of such structures and facilities include boathouses, gazebos, screen houses, fish <br />houses, pump houses, and detached decks. <br /> <br />Wetland - Lands transitional between terrestrial and aquatic systems where the water table is usually at <br />or near the surface or the land or is covered by shallow water. For purposes of this definition, wetlands <br />must have the following three characteristics: <br /> <br />A. Predominance of hydric soils; and <br /> <br />B. Are inundated or saturated by surface or groundwater at a frequency and duration <br />sufficient to support a prevalence of hydrophytic vegetation typically adapted for life <br />in saturated soil conditions; and <br /> <br />C. Under normal circumstances support a prevalence of such vegetation. <br /> <br />Yard - A required open space on a lot which is unoccupied and unobstructed from the ground upward, <br />except as otherwise provided for herein. On a corner lot the street address or narrowest street dimension of the street shall <br />be the front yard.
