Everv Qarbaae or rubbish container shall be maintained in as sanitarY condition as <br />is possible and shall be thorouahly cleansed as needed. If. upon inspection bY the <br />Administrative Authority a container is found to be in poor repair. corroded or <br />otherwise defective the Administrative Authority shall notitv. in writina. the provider <br />or user of the container of the deficiency and shall reQuire the repair or replacement <br />of the container within fifteen (15) days.
