It shall be the duty of the owner, leaser, or occupant of every <br />house, industrial, commercial or other building to have proper house or building numbers either by <br />affixing to said building such numbers in metal, glass, plastic or other durable material. The numbers <br />shall not be less than six (6) inches in height, in a contrasting color to the base, and so placed to be <br />easily seen from the street. <br /> <br />Section 170-020: Alternative Display. In those cases where the principal building is obscured from <br />view from the street of address by accessory buildings, trees, shrubbery or other visual obstruction, the <br />numbers shall be displayed from a permanent mounting on the property so that they are clearly visible <br />from the street of address. <br /> <br />Division 175: Sporting. Athletic. and Music Events <br /> <br />Sporting, athletic, and music concert events, as defined herein, shall be permitted by Special Use Permit <br />in the Residential Districts of the City of Centerville, subject to the following requirements: <br /> <br />A. Sporting, athletic, or music events shall be defined as the conducting of such <br />events by individuals, non-profit or profit organizations, partnerships or <br />corporations wherein participants and/or patrons are charged an entry fee for the <br />right to participate in such event and/or compete for monetary or merchandise <br />prizes. Such events shall include, but not be limited to, softball, football, volleyball, <br />broomball, ice or field hockey, tennis, basketball tournaments, or outdoor music <br />concerts; and <br /> <br />B. Such activities shall be considered a Special Use within all Residential Districts of <br />the City and shall require a permit therefore. The City shall have the right to make <br />provisions in such permit for insuring public health and sanitation, traffic regulation, <br />noise and litter control and regulation on the number of events that may be <br />conducted on a specific site. <br /> <br />Division 180: Planned Unit Developments /PUDs) <br /> <br />Section 180-010: Objectives. To help encourage a more creative approach to the use of land, <br />departures from the Centerville Zoning Ordinance may be granted by the City Council in the form of <br />Planned Unit Development Districts to achieve: <br /> <br />Subd. 1: <br /> <br />A maximum choice of living environments by allowing a variety of <br /> <br />'-P'~o-r:--;:-, :'~~""I}':l <br />
