The Council directed Staff to contact Mr. Carpenter to invite him to the June <br />12th Council meeting to discuss the issue further. <br /> <br />On May 28th, Staff did contact Mr. Carpenter and he indicated that this is a private matter <br />and that he would be interested in selling the property for $25,000. Mr. Carpenter also <br />indicated that he would not be attending the Council meeting. <br />
