We would like to <br />make the City of Centerville aware of our intentions and acquire the city's input for our <br />decision making process. <br /> <br />Currently we are attempting to determine all of our options. One option is to build and <br />expand at our current site. To make this expansion feasible we need to explore some <br />possibilities with the city. <br /> <br />We seek the following information from the council: <br /> <br />1. Is it possible to vacate Goiffon Road between County 14 and Sorel St.? If so <br />what procedure must we follow? <br /> <br />2. We are interested in our options concerning the land owned by the city at <br />1694 Sorel Street. Is there a possibility of leasing, purchasing or trading some <br />property for it? <br /> <br />.3. . Thirdly, what is the likelihood of city water being connected to the current <br />uJ-(\,. J/t",,0 church property? If the connection is likely what is your approximate time <br />-1'" fd" line to accomplishing the connection? <br />qo' <br /> <br />We are hoping to have some answers to these questions so that it can be shared with our <br />larger committee at our July 1 st meeting.
