Every aarbaae or rubbish container shall be maintained in as sanitary condition as <br />is possible and shall be thorouQhlv cleansed as needed. If, upon inspection by the <br />Administrative Authority a container is found to be in poor repair, corroded or <br />otherwise defective the Administrative Authority shall notify, in writino, the provider <br />or user of the container of the deficiency and shall require the repair or replacement <br />of the container within fifteen (15) days. All container enclosures shall also be kept <br />in aood repair.5 <br /> <br />Permitted Uses <br /> <br />A. Retail sales and service, but excluding adult orientated businesses. <br /> <br />B. Automobile and motorized equipment sales and service, excluding salvage operations. <br /> <br />C. Farm implement sales and service. <br /> <br />D. Full service gasoline sales and service. <br /> <br />I. Eating and drinking establishments. <br /> <br />J. Financial institutions. <br /> <br />K. Personal and professional business offices. <br /> <br />l. Public buildings. <br /> <br />M. Barber/Beauty salons. <br /> <br />N. Commercial schools. <br /> <br />O.
