Your most recent <br />construction of an 18' x 18' accessory structure is in compliance with Ordinance #4; <br />however, the size does not allow for an additional accessory structure. It was also <br />brought to the City's attention that your are storing the following items outside for a <br />period exceeding 48 hours which is also a violation of the City's Ordinance #4, Section <br />130-140: Outside Storage (pages 38 & 39). Copies of both referenced sections have <br />been included for your review. <br /> <br />The City requests that you abate these violations within 30 days of the receipt of this <br />notice.
