Staff, Rick Arnebeck; State Senator, Jane Krentz; and State Representative, Ray <br />Vandeveer <br /> <br />Mayor Bergeson welcomed everyone to the meeting while everyone present introduced. <br />himself or herself as the meeting agenda was distributed. <br /> <br />CSAH 14fI-3SE INTERCHANGE. RICKARNEBECK <br /> <br />City Administrator Ericson noted a copy of a newspaper article regarding County Road 8 <br />was included in everyone's packet. <br /> <br />Mr. Rick Arnebeck, MnDDT, explained the funding process, noting a ranking system is <br />used for priorities. The objectives in determining priorities include: Preserving the <br />infrastructure as is; Managing the roadway by adding turn lanes; Improving the roadway; <br />Expanding the roadway; Later regional quarters; and Bottling. He indicated that anytime <br />an upgrade of an interchange is to occur it becomes a higher priority than expansion of a <br />roadway. However, interchanges also have a higher priority.
