The dates for this hearing cannot conflict <br />with the initial hearIng set by the county, metropolitan agencies or the school districts <br />located in your city. However, your continuation hearing may conflict with the <br />continuation hearing of another taxing district. These hearings must be held between <br />November 29 and December 20, 2002. The continuation hearing must be at least 5 but no <br />more than 14 business days after your initial hearing. Additionally, Chapter 389, Laws of <br />1998, requires that the first and second Mondays of December are reserved for use by the <br />cities until September 15.
