<br />establishment's excellent prevention efforts focused on <br />underage alcohol consumption. <br />· Signage indicating a "Best Practice" license holder provided <br />by the City for posting, a 5% discount on license renewal <br />fees, and a separate penalty grid for violations <br />· Best Practice establishments with a 3-year history of no <br />compliance check failures, shall be designated "Gold Star <br />Best Practice" license holders. They will receive signage by <br />the City and receive a 10% discount on license renewal fees. <br />If they have a compliance check failure, they follow the Best <br />Practice penalty grid, and return to "Best Practice" <br />establishment status. <br />. Both the Police Department and City Administrator are <br />encouraged to work with the school district and other <br />organizations to educate citizens about the program and the <br />preventive efforts of the Best Practices Program. <br />· Both the Police Department and City Administrator are <br />encouraged to work with licensee's for additional <br />opportunities to recognize prevention results. <br /> <br />Training Program <br /> <br />The Police Department shall designate a Best Practices Program Coordinator. <br />The Coordinator will focus on liaison with licensed establishments and the City <br />Administrator. The coordinator will provide opportunities to train employees <br />using an accredited or recognized program. <br /> <br />If a business, operating in the City of Centerville with a license defined under <br />Section 8 of this ordinance with the exclusion of Temporary 3.2 Percent Malt <br />Liquor licenses, On-Sale Temporary Intoxicating liquor licenses or a One Day <br />Consumption permit agrees to be a "Best Practices" establishment. <br /> <br />With this agreement we understand we must agree to several of the following <br />items, including the first four mandatory items, to a total point value of at least <br />100 points. <br /> <br />Selected Points Item Description <br />Items <br />Mandatory 15 <br />Mandatory 15 <br />Mandatory 15 <br />Mandatory 15 <br /> <br />
