<br />City of Centerville <br />July 24, 2002 <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Council Member Nelson asked for an update on the feasibility report for 21st Avenue. <br />She also asked whether Staff had informed Lino Lakes that the City intended to follow its <br />timeline. Mr. Peterson indicated he had not received anything yet. Ms. Moore-Sykes <br />indicated she had informed Lino Lakes that the City intended to follow its timeline. <br /> <br />Council Member Nelson asked if Staff had talked to Lloyd Drilling to make sure he fixes <br />the trail on the other side as promised. Ms. Moore-Sykes indicated he had been doing a <br />lot of work on the new development until it rained. <br /> <br />Council Member Nelson asked Staff to remind him about the trail on the other side. <br /> <br />Council Member Capra asked why there is no sod on either one of those properties. <br />Council Member Travis indicated there is no irrigation to maintain it. <br /> <br />Council Member Capra indicated the strip along Peterson Trail was just weeds. Ms. <br />Moore-Sykes indicated it was seeded to keep erosion down. <br /> <br />Council Member Nelson asked for an update as to when the website would be done. Ms. <br />Moore-Sykes indicated that she sees work being done on it but there is no timeframe. <br /> <br />Ms. Moore-Sykes indicated that a letter was sent to the Lions Branch Club concerning <br />proceeds as requested. <br /> <br />IX. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Capra, seconded by Council Member Nelson to adiourn <br />the July 24, 2002 City Council Meetinl!. at 8:37 p.m. All in favor.
