This report is to be used <br />to educate each of your city councils regarding the issues surrounding the possible construction <br />of a new Media Center. <br /> <br />As it was not possible to prepare the report in time for the mailing of the packet, it was <br />requested that the report be hand delivered, upon its completion, so it can be discussed at the <br />November 20'" Cable Commission meeting. <br />
