However, this statute <br />also allows a City to extend this initial 60-day period by an additional 60 days by providing <br />written notice of this extension to the applicant. <br /> <br />Accordingly, please let this serve as written notice that the City of Centerville is extending the <br />time period to review your application for a zoning change by an additional 60 days.
