The <br />improvement project was considered at a hearing on January 23, 2002. The total project cost is <br />$197,619. The total amount of the proposed assessments are $155,859 and are proposed to be <br />assessed to the above stated parcels. The City is responsible for $41,760 in oversizing. Written <br />or oral objections will be considered at the meeting. <br /> <br />The amount to be specially assessed against your particular lot, piece, or parcel of land is as <br />stated above.
