The purpose <br />of the lot combinations is to consolidate the Wilharber property presenting a clearer legal <br />discription. The re-zone of the property is to bring the property in compliance with the <br />current zoning district requirements of Ordinance #4 by re-zoning it from RI (Rural <br />Residential- 10 Acres or more) to R2 (Single Family Residential). The said hearing will <br />take place on Tuesday, November 12 and November 13, 2002, respectively at the <br />Centerville City Hall, 1880 Main Street in the Council Chambers beginning at 6:30 p.m. <br />or shortly thereafter. <br /> <br />The City Ha1\ is ADA accessible.
