<br />R23-31-22-34-0024 <br />R23-31-22-34-0025 <br /> <br />1778 Dupre Road <br />1782 Dupre Road <br /> <br />$30,243.75 <br />$30,243.75 <br /> <br />The proposed assessment roll is on file for public inspection at the City Clerk's Office. <br />The improvement projects were considered at a hearing on August 22,2001 (Resolutions <br />#01-015 & 02-035. The total estimated project costs (phase I and II) are $1,189,943.35. <br />The total amount of the proposed assessments are $1,481,943.89 and are proposed to be <br />assessed to the above stated Pheasant Marsh Phase I (22) parcels. The City is responsible <br />for $22,918 in oversizing. Written or oral objections will be considered at the meeting. <br /> <br />No appeal may be taken as to the amount of the assessment unless a signed, written <br />objection signed by the property owner is filed with the Clerk prior to the hearing or <br />presented to the presiding officer at the hearing. The council may upon such notice <br />consider any objection to the amount of a proposed individual assessment at an adjourned <br />meeting upon such further notice to the affected property owners as it deems advisable. <br /> <br />An owner may appeal an assessment to district court pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br />Section 429.081 by serving notice of the appeal upon the Mayor or Clerk of the City of <br />Centerville within thirty (30) days after the adoption of the assessment and filings such <br />notice with the district court within ten (10) days after service upon the Mayor or City <br />Clerk. <br /> <br />The City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a sign <br />language interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m. November 8,2002. All persons <br />. interested are invited to attend and to be heard, orally or in writing.
